The room was spacious and we'll appointed except for one or two minor details not worth mentioning. The food was so over-the-top Michelin style that I cannot complain, only that it is not for everyone. Interior balcony provided a good spot for a quiet lunch of food bought at local market
The bar is far too small, and the seating could be improved. The prices seem much too high for a one star place. I have eaten more reasonably at several three star establishments.. Also,, the two flights of stairs after such a gargantuan meal are hard to climb for anyone of advanced age.

Fine but not memorable
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The toiletries were nice. The location is great, there are 2 great restaurants on the doorstep and a nice cafe.
The room was very small and lacked places to put everything. The shower was terrible, the water pressure was up and down as was the temperature! The shower had a curtain so water went everywhere!

Wonderful
Irina at the front desk was the perfect hostess. Took care of all our requests. Francesca and Dario were outstanding in the restaurant. Such attention to detail.
The room we got initially had a messy view, of construction across the street. We paid 50 Euros to upgrade and got a really nice room.
